Welcome to our pre-school playgroup, we hope you and your children will be very happy with us.
Tollerton Playgroup was established in 1965 and serves the village of Tollerton and it’s surrounding area. We are registered to take 26 children each session between the ages of 2 and 5. We have strong links with the local community and with local schools.
We are affiliated to the P.L.A. and as such follow their aim:
“The aim of the pre-school is to enhance the
development and education of children under statutory school age by offering
appropriate play facilities for all children whatever their race; culture;
religion; means or ability….” P.L.A.2002
We aim to provide a safe, stimulating environment, where all our children can develop to their full potential. We hope they feel happy and secure within the daily routine and the activities provided. We encourage all our children to have respect for themselves and for others, helping them to gain confidence, self esteem and value.
In October 2005 we were accredited by the Pre-school Learning Alliance for the provision of quality
education and care , this was endorsed by Investors in Children.
